Important Parking Update at Buranda Village

 We’re pleased to announce that Buranda Village will transition to a new Car Park Monitoring Service Provider – OnlyPark – effective 1 December 2025, replacing Secure Parking.

 This change comes in response to customer and retailer feedback to improve car park availability and management efficiency. The new system will:

• Better address repeat misuse of the car park for non-Buranda Village purposes
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Increase parking availability for both customers and staff

 At Buranda Village, we’re committed to making sure our valued customers always have a convenient parking space when they visit us. Please note:

• Our car park is exclusive to customers visiting or shopping, with a maximum of 3 hours per day
• The car park is not intended for use by adjacent premises
• Vehicles found in violation of the Terms & Conditions may receive a Non-Compliance Breach Notice

Updated signage will be installed to clearly communicate the new Terms & Conditions.
