For Jihee, Managing Pharmacist, the personal connection she has with her customers reflects her caring approach.  She loves to greet her customers by name and the connection is mutual – when her customers walk in the store, they often give her a big wave and say hello.

“It’s more than just a pharmacy and customer relationship.  It’s companionship and that’s really special in pharmacy practice,” says Jihee.

Jihee and her team enjoy getting to know their customers and their families, sharing stories and celebrating milestones.  The warm relationship goes both ways, and when Jihee recently got married many of her customers brought her flowers and chocolates.

Jihee and her team offer the community a range of services to support the wellbeing of their customers, including vaccinations, Webster pack preparation and blood pressure checks.  These services make life simpler for their customers, and reflect the caring approach taken by Jihee.
