Yakitori in a Frying Pan Recipe!

Fuji Mart at Buranda Village brings you another exclusive delicious recipe, with all ingredients available for purchase at the Fuji Mart store. 

(9-10 skewers) 

★ Chicken thighs (around 400g)
★ Sansho pepper
★ Shichimi chili pepper
⚫ 2 long Spring onions
⚫ Oil
[Yakitori seasoning: Tare or Shio]
★ Tare : Yakitori Tare sauce
★ Shio : Japanese Salt & Pepper

1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2. Cut ★Chicken thighs and ⚫Spring onions into bite-size pieces. Skewer the chicken
and Spring onions alternately.
3. In a heated frying pan, spread ⚫Oil very thinly, and cook the skewered meat at
medium high heat for 4 minutes. Turn and cook another 4 minutes until browned
and cooked through. Put your favorite Yakitori seasoning ★Tare or ★Shio on the
skewered meat and cook 3 more minutes.
4. Serve the skewers immediately and sprinkle ★Sansho pepper or ★Shichimi chili
pepper if you like.
